OREANDA-NEWS. October 3, 2012. Banco ABC Brasil S.A., (“Company”) comes to public to inform its shareholders and the market that it will reopen the subordinated notes (“Notes”) due 2020. The additional notes will form a single issue with the notes previously issued and approved on April 8, 2010.

Subject to the approval of the Central Bank of Brazil, in accordance with Resolution CMN n° 3.444/2007, the Notes will be eligible to be accounted for Tier II capital of the Company.
