Silvio Pedrazzi, Chairman of the Supervisory Board, commented: "We all appreciate Sergii Naumov for his significant contribution to the development of PRAVEX-BANK and his human and professional qualities and wish him well in his future endeavors".

Taras Kirichenko, Deputy Chairman of the Management Board, takes on ad interim the responsibility of PRAVEX-BANK.
