OREANDA-NEWS. October 03, 2012. Promsvyazbank invites retail customers to the new ’Light format’ offices, reported the press-centre of Promsvyazbank.

The first “Light” office “Voykovskiy” was opened at the following address: 13, Leningradskoe shosse, Bldg. 1, Moscow, Russia.

In the new “Light” format offices there will be less employees than in the standard offices, two ATMs will be provided in the waiting area, one of which will include the cash-in function, and a self-service terminal.

A wide range of deposits and consumer loans, issuing and service of all bank cards, bank assurance services, opening of savings accounts, connection to the Internet-bank PSB-Retail and cash management services will be available to the customers of “Light” offices.

The new offices maintain an electronic cashier service, which will increase the speed and quality of customer service. Another advantage for customers is a free wireless Internet (Wi-Fi) access. The interior of the new offices has been designed by the well-known British agency CampbellRigg.

"We consider the “Light” format offices to be the most comfortable for our retail customers. In addition Light formats are more effective cause they recover costs faster through a more rational use of space and the use of self-service systems", said Elena Makhota, Vice President, Head of the Promsvyazbank Retail Business unit.

Promsvyazbank is actively developing its sales network. As of 1 September 2012 the bank network in Russia included 295 offices. There is also a branch and a sub-branch of the bank in Cyprus, and representative offices in Ukraine, China and India. In 2011 32 new points of sales were opened, 30 new offices have already been opened in 2012 and by the end of the year another 15 are scheduled to be opened.
