OREANDA-NEWS.  October 03, 2012. PJSC ”Kyivska Rus” Bank” is the leader among Ukrainian banks in the sphere of consumer credit providing, reported the press-centre of Kyivska Rus Bank.

IntheTOP-5 rating of the lowest rates on consumer loans secured by real estate for a period of two years among the 50 largest banks in Ukraine “Kyivska Rus” Bank took the first place.
 
Today “Kyivska Rus” Bank offers the most convenient conditions on the market in this sphere of crediting:
 
Currency – UAH;
Maximum crediting period – 120 months;
Maximum credit amount – 80 % of the mortgaged property appraised value;
Interestrate - from 18 % to 25 % per annum;
Disposable fixed charge for credit - from 0,1 % to 3 % from the credit amount;
Loan repayment schedule–monthly in equal parts.
 
 The place in the ranting was determined by ranking banks on the cost of credit at the time of monitoring. This means, that the cheaper costs to the client – the higher place in the rating takes the bank, which provides it. The cost of the credit was determined using the effective rate, which takes in to account all the customer’s expences on credit servicing.
 
As the main criterion in the ranking sof the “Prostobank Consulting” Company was accepret the indicator, characterizing the client's income while using this or that product or service of the bank.
