Belarus Will Pay USD 3.1bn in Foreign Debt Settlement in 2013
OREANDA-NEWS. October 2, 2012. Belarus will have to pay USD 3.1 billion to take care of the government’s external liabilities, Belarusian Prime-Minister Mikhail Myasnikovich told reporters in Minsk on September 14.
The premier assured that Belarus would have no difficulty in settling the USD 3.1 billion debt, of which USD 800 million is interest payments.
The debt settlement option is reserved in the budget plan for 2013, the premier said. Belarus’ budget revenues are expected to grow 20%, the premier said.
