OREANDA-NEWS. October 2, 2012. MDM Bank announces the appointment of Alla Tsytovich, Vice-President and Director for Business Development, as member of the Management Board. This decision was made at the meeting of the Bank’s Board of Directors on September 27.

The election of Alla Tsytovich to the Management Board was approved by the Central Bank of Russia earlier.

Ms. Tsytovich’s career spans 17 years of sales and marketing success in the banking and insurance industries.

Her early sales experience was gained at the Allianz Group (formerly ROSNO in Russia) a €42.6 billion global insurance group, where she was responsible for selling to major corporates, such as Microsoft, Motorola and Oracle.

Later in 2004, Ms. Tsytovich joined the specialist mortgage bank, Delta Credit Bank (now owned by Societe Generale), as Vice President, Business Development, responsible for mortgage sales. During her three years at Delta she completely overhauled the sales process, yielding a 9-fold increase in sales. Prior to joining MDM Bank, Ms. Tsytovich was Retail Head at Bank of Moscow, where she achieved a 130% growth in the retail loan portfolio as well as developing a new range of loan, mortgage and deposit products.

Ms. Tsytovich graduated from the Lomonosov Moscow State University. She went on to complete post graduate studies at Heriot-Watt University (UK) and LOMA Institute (USA), specializing in financial company management.
