Please be advised that in accordance with the Rules for listing, admission of securities to placement and trading in the CJSC "MICEX Stock Exchange" approved by the Exchange"s Board of Directors trading in mutual fund units of the close-end mutual fund "Dolgovoy rynok" (state registration number 1458-94139336 as of 25.06.2009, trading system code RU000A0JQA66, ISIN code RU000A0JQA66) will be suspended in the CJSC "MICEX Stock Exchange" from October 01, 2012. The shares refer to the "Non-listed securities" segment of the List of securities admitted to trading in the CJSC "MICEX Stock Exchange".

The decision to suspend trading in the securities was made based on the statement of the "Otkrytie" Asset Management Company" LLC announcing the termination of activity of the close-end mutual fund "Dolgovoy rynok". The statement was published by "INTERFAX" Information Agency on September 27, 2012.
