“JSC Togliattiazot management is not negotiating or planning to negotiate with any Chinese or other foreign companies the sale of the company”, S. Makhlay said, whose words are quoted in the press-service message.

In addition, Togliattiazot Chairman of the Board of Directors said the company and its executives are not buying football clubs and Swiss hotels. "We have repeatedly denied these lies, but our opponents throw them in again and again. Makhlay stated.

He noted that JSC Togliattiazot has a reputation for a good taxpayer, and if necessary, the company's management will defend it in courts.

"Our company is one of the major taxpayers in the Samara region. Over the past year we have transferred to the different budgets more than 3 billion rubles. This is almost three times more than in 2010. We value a reputation of honest taxpayers and, if necessary, successfully defend it in court”, S. Makhlay said.

In addition, Togliattiazot Chairman of the Board of Directors denied reports that some of the employees are being transferred to fixed-term employment contracts.

"Labor relations in the enterprise are governed by Russian law and the collective agreement, the development of which was attended by all JSC Togliattiazot employees. No changes in this direction are planned. We care about the personell. That’s why we have hundreds of labor dynasties working here", S. Makhlay said.

Also, according to him, at present there are publications that JSC Togliattiazot is poisoning water with zinc, and has destroyed forests around Togliatti.

"Frankly speaking, this cynical and ignorant lie is designed to intimidate Togliatti citizens. It has nothing to do with solving real environmental problems”, S. Makhlay stated.

At the same time, Togliattiazot Chairman of the Board of Directors denied reports that JSC Togliattiazot is financing the Russian opposition, saying that such information is aimed at discrediting JSC Togliattiazot shareholders and managers.
