OREANDA-NEWS. October 01, 2012. Prime Minister of Ukraine Mykola Azarov called on businesses to invest in infrastructure projects in the Crimea. He said this during a speech at the Third International Investment Business Forum of CIS countries "Yalta business meetings".

"I called on investors participating in this forum, consider all your options and to take part in investment projects in Crimea. For its part, the Government will promote at most such projects" - Mykola Azarov said.

He added that Crimea has unique climatic conditions for tourism development.

At the same time PM stressed that this year the region has been attended a record number of tourists.

According to him the implementation of tourist infrastructure and other projects will make Crimea competitive with the best resorts in the world and will at times increase the number of tourists.
