OREANDA-NEWS. October 01, 2012. McKesson, one of the nation’s largest healthcare services companies, today announced that it ranked 34 on this year’s InformationWeek 500 — a list of the top technology innovators in the U.S., reported the press-centre of McKesson.

McKesson was recognized for its development and strategic utilization of the proprietary Product Risk Management for the Enterprise (PRiME) technology framework, a program for identifying and managing business risk within healthcare IT product development activities. McKesson’s PRiME framework implementation focuses on effectively mitigating the business risk directly associated with the development of healthcare software products.
