OREANDA-NEWS. September 27, 2012. TMM and Kyiv regional construction college have signed an agreement on student internships in 2012-2013. The students, mentored by the site managers and foremen, are to do internships on TMM's construction sites performing duly paid works according to their qualification. During the internship, the students will acquire practical skills using modern equipment and materials. TMM will be able to assess the professional qualities of the interns and offer jobs to the best graduates.

TMM has had a similar program with Kharkiv professional construction lyceum for over 6 years, mentoring rare specialists – conditioning systems installers. Around 60% of the interns get jobs in TMM in the future.
