Revenues of Moldovan Budget Made 98,6% of Target
OREANDA-NEWS. September 27, 2012. Within this period budget receipts grew 2656.2 mln. (14.5%) as compared with the same period of 2011, the Ministry of Finance informs. A total sum of the consolidated budget included fiscal incomes of 17 bln. 706.5 mln. leis and non-fiscal ones of 1 bln. 004.7 mln. leis.
The target of collections was met 98.8% and 101.5% respectively. As compared with January-August, 2011, fiscal incomes increased 1 bln. 907.8 mln. leis, with non-fiscal growing 134.8 mln. leis. Incomes from special means of state institutions were 836.9 mln. leis, or 84.6% of what was budgeted. Incomes of special funds made up 234.3 mln. leis, which was 103.9% of the target. To support the budget and back investment project external donors and domestic investors allotted grants at a sum of 1151.9 bln. 065.5 mln. leis.
According to the Ministry of Finance, expenditures of the national public budgets of Moldova made up 22 bln. 153.9 mln. leis, 87.7% of the target. As compared with January-August, 2011, they grew 1 bln. 975.2 mln. leis (9.8%). The analysis of the budget expenditures showed dominance of social and cultural expenditures, which made up 71.9% of the total sum.
They were followed by the economic expenditures (11.7%), defence, security and order expenditures of 6.6% and general purpose state services expenditures of 4.2%. Other expenditures made up 5.6%. The deficit of the state budget was 1219.6 mln. leis in January-August, 2012.
