OREANDA-NEWS.  September 27, 2012. To connect the capacity up to 15 kW with the voltage of 0,4 kV, the customers of Moscow United Electric Grid Company don’t need to obtain the technical specifications for electric power accounting, to prepare and agree a project of power supply in the regions of Moscow cable grids and in a department of electric power transportation. The requirements to organization of the calculated power metering will be stated in the technical specifications, got by the customer as an appendix to a technological connection contract to the grids of JSC “MOESK” , reported the press-centre of MOESK.

The procedures’ changes are effective as a pilot project in the territory of Moscow and are tied with the procedure improvement of the technological connection to the electric grids. The project’s main goal – is to reduce the number of face-to-face contacts and a procedure simplification of the documents receiving necessary for the technological connection.

All the interactions in the course of a contract performing on the technological connection and the works fulfillment as to the technical conditions, will be implemented directly via a Customer Service Center (CSC), located at the address: Moscow, Alexander Solzhenitsyn str., 7. Since the 01st of September the customers don’t need to visit the grid regions of Moscow cable grids to hand over a notification on the technical conditions fulfillment. An applicant can give the information on their fulfillment having dialed phone number 8 (495) 668-22-77, give it to the employees of CSC in written or orally or send it via the information portal for the technological connection of JSC “MOESK”.

The documents agreement on the technical conditions fulfillment on a contract is not needed either in the cable routing service. The employees of JSC “MOESK” make self-dependent all the necessary agreements.

After the data generalization and the results analysis of a pilot project introduction, the similar rules are planned to be introduced in Moscow Region, of which JSC “MOESK” informs timely its customers.

The program for the technological connection optimization of the consumers to the electric grids is determined by Acting Director General of JSC “MOESK” Pyotr Sinyutin, as a top-priority trend of the Company’s activities. Its goal – is to provide an accessibility and transparency of the technological connection procedure for the Company’s customers of all the categories.
