OREANDA-NEWS. September 26, 2012. PhosAgro would like to draw your attention to the fact that there have recently been attempts to sell products manufactured by PhosAgro subsidiaries made by people or companies that are not authorised to act on behalf of PhosAgro or its subsidiaries.

One such example is the website www.siburminerals.ru, which contains false statements about Sibur Minerals’ ownership and control of OJSC Apatit, Balakovo Mineral Fertilisers, LLC and other PhosAgro subsidiaries. The website uses information (including about the subsidiaries and their production output), as well as some design elements from PhosAgro’s official website.

The Sibur Minerals website provides inaccurate information to potential buyers of PhosAgro products and may be used by its creators for fraudulent activities such as acceptance of payments from buyers of mineral fertilisers, including from foreign legal entities or individuals.

Please exercise caution and be attentive when accepting offers to sell PhosAgro products from Sibur Minerals, a company that does not in fact exist, or from any other companies, prior to conducting proper due diligence with regards to their legal and financial standing.
