OREANDA-NEWS. September 25, 2012. A finalized draft budget for 2013 will be balanced and socially oriented. This was stated by First vice Prime Minister of Ukraine Valeriy Khoroshkovskyi during a working visit to Donetsk Region.

According to him, the finalized draft of the state budget may be submitted to the Parliament in two or three weeks. "Now the Government is finalizing the draft budget. We have to point not only macroeconomic indicators, which were stated in it, but also to calculate the rate of dollar and the estimated value of the gas, as these factors affect the economy. After this, the Government will re- submitted the document to the Verkhovna Rada"- Valeriy Khoroshkovskyi said.

Commenting on the economic situation in Ukraine, First vice Prime Minister said that the economy has a chance to avoid a recession in the case of a pro-presidential majority in parliament after the election. "The Ukrainian economy, despite the fact that the rate of its growth decreased, has the potential to avoid the recession" - he stressed.
