OREANDA-NEWS. September 24, 2012. In the course of the 11th  Sochi 2012 International Investment Forum, State Corporation Bank for Development and Foreign Economic Affairs (Vnesheconombank)’, the Government of the Chechen Republic and LLC Business Service entered into an Agreement of Intent.

On behalf of Vnesheconombank the Agreement was signed by Vnesheconombank Chairman Vladimir Dmitriev, on behalf of the Chechen Government – by Prime Minister Abubakar Edelgeriev.

The parties explore the possibility of participating in a project on the construction of a cement plant in the Shalinsk district of the Chechen Republic with a capacity of 3.1 million tons a year.
