OREANDA-NEWS. September 24, 2012. Carrying out the decision of AB „Klaipedos baldai" general Shareholders‘ Meeting, held on 25 April 2012, to purchase up to 10 percent of the Company's shares, the Board has taken the resolution:

1.1. To purchase up to 774.924 (Seven hundred and seventy four thousand nine hundred and twenty-four) units of ordinary registered 1(one) litas nominal value shares of AB "Klaipedos baldai".

1.2 To set the purchase price of own share equal to 1.2 EUR (4.1434 LTL) for one ordinary registered share of AB "Klaipedos baldai".

1.3 The duration of the purchase of own shares in the first stage - 31 days. The shares should be bought from 2012 October 01 until 2012 October 31(inclusive) on the stock exchange NASDAQ OMX Vilnius through an official offer submarket.
