OREANDA-NEWS. September 24, 2012. The implementation of the new law gave notable effect in terms of legalization of construction works. As of September 15, 2012, there have legally been started building of 68,322 construction sites. That was announced by Olexandr Rybak, the Chairman of the State Architectural and Construction Inspectorate during a briefing at the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

Thus, dynamics of summer months exceeds more than one and a half times last year one. For the whole 2011 there were granted 47,963 building permits. There are similar rates of put into service of buildings.

Of the total number of sites, 98% are being built on self-certification [by a declarative principle]. The share of facilities of 05-04 grade of difficulty, for which construction need to obtain permits, accounts for about 2%.
