OREANDA-NEWS.  September 24, 2012. The state and the agrarian producers have to cooperate in the social development of the village. This opinion was expressed by the Prime Minister of Ukraine Mykola Azarov broadcasting in the program "Exam for power."

"We pay very serious attention to the development of the village. And this show real results. For example, in spite of the difficult climate for agriculture, we have quite a good harvest of grain. Revenues of agricultural producers have started to increase. There are benefits in livestock, horticulture, construction, vegetable stores, logistics centers and so on, "- PM said.

According to him, the development of agriculture requires more attention to the social development of the village.

"We should find a mechanism that would allow us to restore feldsher-midwife posts, schools, build roads, build transport infrastructure in villages" - Mykola Azarov said. According to him, this will contribute to bringing to this process not only the budget means, but also other sources.

"Our task - to find a balance between the need for investment of agricultural enterprises and social development", - the Prime Minister said, adding that for this purpose on the one hand the Government allocates significant funds and implement its programs, and on the other – there are deductions from the side, such as agribusiness. "The form of these contributions can be very diverse. We are studying the international experience. But the approach is: you are engaged in farming and should be interested that the village has a good road" - PM said.
