OREANDA-NEWS. September 24, 2012. The Government has calculated the draft State Budget of Ukraine for 2013, based on the rate 8.11 - 8.2 UAH per dollar.

This was started by the PM Mykola Azarov on the air to Ukrainian TV-channels.

"The rate we have laid down in the calculation of the state budget. It can not be laid, because without it budget can not be calculated. The rate will be at the level of 8.11 - 8.2. UAH/dollar per year. I emphasize this – it is the average for the year course" - Mykola Azarov said.

He stressed that the Government has a 100 percent certainty that in the first half of 2013 year, the exchange rate will be in this corridor.

However, the Prime Minister stated that Ukraine has enough foreign exchange reserves that exceed 30 billion dollars, the Ukrainian economy is growing and therefore there is no reason for the collapse of the hryvnia. "There are no fundamental reasons the collapse of the hryvnia" - he said adding that the fluctuation in the range of 1% -2% is completely normal.
