OREANDA-NEWS. September 21, 2012. A meeting of the Government of St. Petersburg was held. The managers of the leading energy companies of the city reported on summer repairs and implement of investment projects in the region. But the main question was the availability of housing and communal services for winter season 2012-2013.

General Director of JSC TGC-1 Andrey Filippov told that all the 11 CHP in St. Petersburg for the autumn-winter season 2012-2013 were preparing according to plan. To the end of 2012 it is expected that 13 capital repairs of the equipment in St. Petersburg will be carried out. All work is performed without cutting off the hot water in houses. The reserve of fuel generated at thermal power stations is in the required amount.

The rate of repair and reconstruction of heating systems of company’s CHP is also in line with plans. To date, 2 256.6 km of heat networks are ready for the heating period. Re-entry and testing of buildings’ heating systems in areas of functioning of JSC TGC-1 started in accordance with the schedule.
