Krinitsa Brewery Reports Jan-Aug Beer Output Down 4.8%
OREANDA-NEWS. September 21, 2012. Belarus’ OJSC Krinitsa produced 10.340 million decaliters of beer in January-August 2012, down 4.8% on the year, a representative in food concern Belgospischeprom told.
In Augus alone Krinitsa’s beer output declined by 26.2% on the year to 1.419 million decalitres.
Beer output in plastic bottles went up 2.3% on the year to 8.398 million decaliters. Krinitsa beer output in glass bottles reduced 54.3% to 637,400 decaliters, in kegs went up 1.9% to 1.214 decaliters. Beer output in aluminum cans totalled 91,200 decaliters (up 36.3%).
Krinitsa’s sales on the home market in January-August 2012 amounted to 6.897 million decaliters, down 12.6% on the year.
Krinitsa’s beer exports in Jan-Aug 2012 grew 37.7% on the year to 865,900 dal.
Krinitsa was founded in January 2001. OJSC Polotsk Beer and Nesvizh soft drinks plant have been incorporated by OJSC Krinitsa and operate as subsidiaries.
