OREANDA-NEWS. September 21, 2012. The average market price of 1 sq.m. of residential housing in Chisinau was 594 euros, in August, 2012, 2 euros down within a month.
According to Lara, real estate agency, as compared with last August, the prices for residential housing declined 0.7% in Chisinau. As of August, 2012, 1 sq.m. in one-room apartments cost 578 to 698 euros in Botanica, 650 to683 euros in Buiucani, 678 to 797 euros in Centru, 640 to 651 euros in Ciocani, 644 to 686 euros in Riscani.

1 sq.m. in two-room apartments was offered at a price of 541 to 644 euros in Botanica, 640 to 649 euros in Buiucani, 659 to 719 euros in Centru, 596 to 642 euros in Ciocani, 623 to 675 euros in Riscani. 1 sq.m. in three-room apartments cost 491 to 577 euros in Botanica, 545 to 560 euros in Buiucani, 564 to 622 euros in Centru, 524 to 595 euros in Ciocani, 554 to 595 euros in Riscani. 1 sq.m. in four-room apartments was sold at a price of 446 to 520 euros in Botanica, 509 to 520 euros in Buiucani, 506 to 554 euros in Centru, 472 to 525 euros in Ciocani, 520 to540 euros in Riscani.

As it was said earlier, prices for residential housing in Chisinau declined from 614 to 604 euros per 1 sq.m. in 2011. This trend keeps in 2012.
