OREANDA-NEWS. September 20, 2012. Depository Clearing Company herewith informs its participants that, with effect from October 01, 2012, it stops settling cleared trades in OAO Gazprom shares made on OAO Saint Petersburg Exchange.

The GQGZP sub-accounts cease being trading sub-accounts, however, the transactions allowed for these sub-accounts are the same as for the main sub-accounts, except for DVP settlement.

The procedure for depository transactions on these sub-accounts is regulated by Specification of Depository Transactions on GQRTS, FORTS, GQGZP sub-accounts of securities accounts of DCC Participants, which is published on DCC web-site.

Par. 2. 9. of Part 3 of the Terms and Conditions of Depository Activity of DCC on Depository Transactions on Trading Subaccounts for Settlement of Trades in OAO Gazprom Shares after Clearing by the Clearing Organization wherewith the Depository Entered into Agreement is repealed with effect from October 01, 2012.
