OREANDA-NEWS. September 19, 2012. We hereby inform you that Closed Joint-Stock Company “Investment Company Troika Dialog” has been officially renamed as Closed Joint-Stock Company “Sberbank CIB.”

The renaming is one of the final stages of the merger of Sberbank and Troika Dialog’s businesses, enabling us to further increase the quality of services offered to both corporate and private clients.

СJSC “Sberbank CIB” (hereinafter “the Company”) will continue to provide its clients with the complete range of services which were previously offered.

Please take into account the following information when sending any documents and information addressed to the Company, including documents provided as part of previously concluded contracts, agreements and other obligations, and also when filling in payment documents:
All current agreements with the Company remain in force. The change in title does not mean that existing agreements need to be re-signed.
The details of the Company (registration address, location and postal address, telephone numbers and settlement accounts, etc.) remain unchanged.
The Company’s existing brokerage/trading and other accounts, SSI (Standing Settlement Instructions)/standard instructions for making settlements will remain unchanged. Only the name of the account holder will be changed.
Visitors to the Company’s website www.troika-dialog.ru will be automatically redirected to the new site of the Company: www.sbrf-cib.ru.
In connection with the necessity of issuing new bank cards, there will be additional notification regarding the name change in the Company’s bank details.
