JSC SITRONICS ("SITRONICS Group"), the leading provider of telecommunications, information technology and microelectronic solutions in Russia and the CIS, today announces the completion of the deal between SITRONICS Group and its major shareholder, OJSC RTI, and NVision Group Managing Company LLC for the strategic integration of their IСT assets. The deal has been completed on the terms announced on July 13, 2012.

SITRONICS generated revenues of USD 1,475.1 million for the full year of 2011 and had USD 1,863.2 million of assets at the year end. SITRONICS’ majority shareholder is RTI, which is a subsidiary of Sistema, the largest diversified public corporation in Russia and the CIS.
