OREANDA-NEWS. September 18, 2012. The branch of Ingosstrakh Insurance Company in Abakan has concluded a property insurance agreement with Shira Lake Resort JSC for the total sum of RUB 67 m.

The insurance coverage is provided for 18 real estate objects, including dormitory and therapeutic blocks, summer cottages and dining building. The property was insured against fire, stroke of lightning, gas explosion, water inundation, natural disasters, wrongful acts of third parties, theft, run-over of vehicles and falling of piloted objects.

In the process of negotiations with the resort management, an agreement on cooperation was achieved within the framework of insuring the tourists under voluntary medical insurance programs (‘Prevention and Treatment of Diseases Transmitted by Ixodic Tick’), as well as insurance against accidents.

Shira Lake Resort is a resort of republican importance, located 340 km from the city of Krasnoyarsk, 160 km from the republican center, the city of Abakan. There are no industrial enterprises within the radius from 100 to 150 km from the Shira natural complex. The resort possesses a well-equipped treatment and diagnostic base. Up-to-date methods of diagnostics and treatment are used. There are clinical and biochemical laboratories, a Roentgen room, ultrasound investigation room, bath and mud departments, physiotherapeutic department, dentist’s, dentoprosthetic and cosmetics rooms. Acupuncture, gastrofibroscopy and Japanese massage are applied. There are psychotherapy and remedial gymnastics rooms, gym, swimming pool and sauna.
