New Pesticides of Sinochem Won Temporary Approval from ISO
OREANDA-NEWS. September 18, 2012. The common names for 8 new pesticide active ingredients developed by subsidiaries under Sinochem Group won temporary approval from ISO (TC 81 Common names for pesticides and other agrochemicals) 6 of the 8 new pesticides were developed by Shenyang Research Institute of Chemical Industry, and the other two by Shenyang Kechuang Chemicals Co., Ltd. and Youth Chemical Co., Ltd. under Sinochem Group’s shareholding enterprise Jiangsu Yangnong Chemical Group Co., Ltd. respectively, reported the press-centre of Sinochem.
The common names for the 6 bactericides developed by Shenyang Research Institute of Chemical Industry are coumoxystrobin, enoxastrobin, flufenoxystrobin, fenamistrobin, tricyclopyricarb and pyrisoxazole, and the common names for the acaricide developed by Shenyang Kechuang and the pyrethroid insecticide developed by Youth Chemical are pyriminostrobin and heptafluthrin respectively.
The temporary approval from ISO means that the said 8 new pesticides of our company with independent intellectual property rights have obtained recognition from the international community and possessed an unique English names globally.
