OREANDA-NEWS. September 17, 2012. Chairman of the State Social Protection Fund of Azerbaijan Salim Muslimov has assigned to strengthen measures to combat corruption in the structure of the Fund.

The SSPF reports that the Fund Collegiate Organ has held an extended meeting dedicated to National Action Plan to combat corruption in 2012-2015 and issues of further strengthening the discipline of SSPF local bodies.

"At the meeting Muslimov gave instructions to the heads of the SSPF agencies within the National Action Plan," it was informed.

The Collegiate Organ also decided on punishment of SSP local organs’ officials. Besides, a decision was made to increase the transparency of the Fund, strengthen public participation, the use of new technologies, operational consideration of citizens’ applications and improving the process of consideration of appeals and complaints.
