Budget 2013 Is Realistic, Finance Minister of Ukraine
OREANDA-NEWS. September 17, 2012. At a Cabinet regular meeting which took place the Government approved the draft law "On the State Budget of Ukraine for 2013", submitted for consideration by the Ministry Finance of Ukraine.
During the briefing, Finance Minister Yuriy Kolobov informed about the basic parameters of the State Budget of Ukraine for 2013.
First of all, the Minister stressed that the budget in 2013 - a realistic, all financial budget figures - optimal and balanced.
Thus, in 2013 the GDP will be at 4.5%, therefore increasing revenues to the budget will be solely through economic growth.
In the area of public expenditures, the Ministry of Finance plans to comply with the principles of rationality, priorities and effectiveness. Because, development of the economy and as a result, the welfare of the citizens of Ukraine depends on the balanced budget policy.
In addition, the Finance Minister noticed that despite the financial instability in the world, the Government of Ukraine confidently and consistently fulfills all the assumed social obligations.
Moreover, unlike many countries in order to stimulate economic development, the Ukrainian government has chosen the path of increasing social payments and tax cuts.
Thus, due to following privileges and preferences in 2013, entities will get additional financial resources amounting to over UAH 70 billion.
