OREANDA-NEWS. September 14, 2012.  The Bank of Moscow has announced introduction of a special offer for salary/corporate clients of the Bank. All that will now be needed for consideration of a mortgage application for such clients will be the borrower’s passport. The details of consideration of an application on the given conditions should be found out from mortgage consultants.

Apart from the simplified set of documents, additional beneficial mortgage offers are in place for salary/corporate clients of the Bank of Moscow: an interest rate reduced by 0.65% per annum.

"We are making a special offer to salary and corporate clients, reducing the interest rate and the minimum set of documents required for a mortgage", commented Oleg Pyatlin, Mortgage Director at the Bank of Moscow. "We are simplifying the conditions for obtaining such loans, making a Bank of Moscow mortgage truly accessible".
