We would like to inform you that on September 10, 2012 OJSC "Magnit” fulfilled its obligation of the 4th coupon redemption against bonds of BO-01/BO-02/BO-03/BO-04 series in the amount of 41,140,000 rubles / 41,140,000 rubles / 61,710,000 rubles / 82,280,000 rubles correspondingly.
