As a continuation of the changes in the management structure of Merko Ehitus group enforced as of the beginning of 2012, the Supervisory Board of AS Merko Ehitus decided at its meeting of 3 September 2012 to recall Management Board member Alar Lagus, who will continue as the head of the finance area and a member of the Management Board of AS Merko Ehitus Eesti, a 100% subsidiary of AS Merko Ehitus. The Management Board of the holding company AS Merko Ehitus will continue with two members: Andres Trink and Viktor Moisja. As of 1 July 2012, Signe Kukin works as the CFO of the holding company AS Merko Ehitus.
