Dr. Aleksey Zalesov, Sojuzpatent’s Deputy Managing Partner and Head of Litigation Practice made a presentation "Invalidation of Patent in Russia as an Effective Defense: Current situation and Prospects"for Chinese manufacturers at the 2012 International Intellectual Property Environment Forum in Beijing, China.

The Forum was organized by the State Intellectual Property Office of the People’s Republic of China and supported by the China Intellectual Property Society.
