OREANDA-NEWS. September 13, 2012. "Katavsky cement”, JSC which is part of the "Eurocement Group"Holding, produced 146,008 tons of cement in August 2012, thus breaking its last year’s record when 138,005 tons have been produced. According to this indicator, the plan was exceeded by 12.3%. From the beginning of the year, the plant has manufactured 782,595 tons, which is 3.9% more than projected target. In comparison with the same period last year, the plant produced 125,970 tons of products more. In comparison with 2011, cement production grew by 19.2%.

140,052 tons of high-quality products were shipped to consumers in August, which is 4.5% more than projected target. During eight months of 2012 "Katavsky cement”, JSC shipped to customers 784,777 tons of cement, thus exceeding the plan by 6.3%. In comparison with the previous year figures for the shipment of cement increased by 16%.

Clinker production plan has also been exceeded by the plant during the reporting period by 14.8%. The plant produced 91,822 tons of this semi-finished product. From January to August 2012 598,388 tons of clinker have been produced, which is 2.1% more than planned. In comparison with the same period of 2011 clinker production increased by 25%, which amounts to 119,725 tons.

Also, in August, 145,982 tons of raw meal and 141,066 tons of marl have been produced. The plan for these indicators exceeded by 13.3% and 8.1% respectively, which in comparison with last year figures is more by 25.3% and 21.9% respectively.
