OREANDA-NEWS. September 12, 2012. The Belgorod subsidiary of Ingosstrakh Insurance Company insured transportation of exhibits of the European Season painting and graphics exhibition, which will take place in Belgorod State Arts Museum within the framework of the project "The Property of Russian Museums to Belgorod Residents!"The insurance coverage was provided for 120 exhibits from the collection of the Tver Regional Picture Gallery.

The exposition shows the works of the Western European artists of the 16–19th centuries from France, Italy, Great Britain, Netherlands, Germany, Austria and other countries. The genres of works differ from paintings devoted to mythological and Biblical themes to portraits, landscapes and still lives. The paintings are accompanied by engravings of the French artists of 18–19th centuries, performed in such techniques as copperplate print, etching, crayon engraving. The Belgorod State Arts Museum exhibits Western European paintings in such a chronological and geographic scope for the first time in its history.

The exhibits of the exposition have been insured for the period of transportation from Tver to Belgorod and back on the conditions ‘with liability for all risks’, including the losses that happened due to vandalism, terrorism, wrongful actions of third parties.

The European Season exhibition of painting and graphics is held in Belgorod State Arts Museum from August, 24 till October, 5.
