The civil liability of CherryTour in relation to failure or improper performance of its obligations is insured by Ingosstrakh Insurance Company for RUB 30 m. The effective period of the contract: from January 1, 2012 to December 31, 2012.

Ingosstrakh Insurance Company will fully perform its obligations and pay indemnities to the affected customers of CherryTour within the limits of the insured amount in accordance with applicable legislation and the contract of liability insurance.
