SEB Changes Conditions of Operating Deposit
OREANDA-NEWS. September 12, 2012. As the main change, the name of the operating deposit will be the savings deposit and withdrawal of money from the deposit is not subject to weekends or national holidays anymore, reported the press-centre of SEB.
The reason of changing the name is above all our wish to make the product name more distinct for the clients and harmonise it better with the purpose of the product – to save money.
Besides the formal change of name, we are also improving the user-convenience of the savings deposit. If the client wishes to withdraw money from the deposit, we shall make the payment on the third calendar day, instead of the third banking day. Accordingly, payment is not subject to weekends or national holidays anymore.
At the same time we are decreasing the minimum amount of automatic depositing from 30 to 10 euros, making saving of funds in the deposit easier.
If the changes are unacceptable, the client shall have the right to terminate the agreement concluded with the bank in Internet Bank or at a bank office the latest on 31 October 2012.
