IBA Group was listed among the Global Services 100 providers and recognized in the category Emerging Mid-Tier Global Application Development and Maintenance (ADM) Leaders. IBA has been involved in the Global Services 100 since 2005 and was always able to make to the list and to be recognized in its categories, reported the press-centre of IBA.  

The Global Services 100 represents companies that demonstrate excellence in delivering IT outsourcing (ITO) and business process outsourcing (BPO) services globally using matured models of service delivery.

The Global Services 100 is a tool for buyers of business and technology services to identify and select the right vendor. Service providers opt-in to participate in the study that is conducted online. The GS100 analytical model is based on four key criteria: performance and leadership, quality and maturity of customers, breadth of services offered, and spread of global delivery capabilities.
