Yang Baozhu, Head of the Science and Technology Department and Professor-level Senior Engineer of Sinopec Qilu Company, announced recently that: the heat-resistant polyethylene, a new plastic material jointly developed by the Qilu Petrochemical Research Institute and the Qilu Plastic Factory, has passed the 8760 hours of test for level certification by the third-party testing body, the National Chemical Building Materials Test Centre, and is determined as type II heat-resistant polyethylene material after strict inspections and appraisals.

All its general performance indicators have reached the same level of the similar foreign products.
