OREANDA-NEWS. September 11, 2012. Sberbank of Russia extends the Key Offer promotion till December 31 of 2012. with special conditions for residential loans, reported the press-centre of Sberbank. 

Customers will be able to receive a lowered interest rate of 12% p.a. in rubles up to registration of mortgage for any lending period up to 30 years with initial installment above 20% of the property purchased, for finished homes or construction in progress. For finished homes following registration of mortgage the rate is even lower - 11% p.a. in rubles.

"The first results of the promotion showed a great deal of customer interest and demand for this type of loans grew 4 times, which led to our decision to extend the Key Offer", notes Natalya Alymova, Head of Retail Credit Department at Sberbank of Russia.

The promotion is within Sberbank's Program of Mortgage Supported by the State and has no limitations regarding the property construction deadline. There are no additional fees for residential loans and the interest rate doesn't change whether the borrower has life insurance or not.
