OREANDA-NEWS. September 10, 2012. The House of Moscow Government provided the setting for official ceremonies marking the fulfillment of municipal projects' goals for 2012 in improving the urban living environment. The event was made to coincide with the Exhibition of Street-Cleaning Equipment and Labor-Saving Devices with respective administrative districts putting on show the examples of their developments aimed at more efficiency in cleaning and betterment of the territories around the residential buildings and upkeep of thoroughfares.

Partaker in the show, FSUE “Gas-Turbine Engineering RPC “Salut” presented its Salut-5 multi-purpose tilling unit equipped with Honda motor with an array of mountable implements. Featured among other utility tools was the year-round kit of street-cleaning devices for snow removal, brush sweeping and lawn mowing.

The Salut-5 tilling unit can be put to various agricultural and gardening applications in a wide range of climatic conditions. It is powered by a 5 hp motor manufactured by Honda (Japan). By swapping the dismountable implements, the unit can be used for tillage proper, as well as for load transportation, water supply, soil treatment and tuber extraction purposes.

This year's event was an excellent opportunity for the companies and communal services operating at municipal districts' level to gain additional awareness of innovative projects, new developments and products on offer, furnishing cutting-edge technological solutions to tend to the city's needs.

The official attendance of the show included Sergey Sobyanin, Mayor of Moscow, numerous heads of municipal entities and members of entrepreneurial community.
