OREANDA-NEWS. September 7, 2012. September, 4th the 19th Edition of the International Specialized Exhibition for Logistics, Transportation, Automation and Mechanization of Storage and handling Operations Sklad. Transport. Logistika’2012 has opened at Expocentre Fairgrounds.

The exhibition is organized by Expocentre Fairgrounds with the official support of the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation and the Moscow City Government, under the auspices of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation.

Sergey Prusov, the Head of the Central Customs Administration of the Russian Federation, noted in his welcoming address that the exhibition Sklad. Transport. Logistika’2012 is the largest industry event in Russia, which covers all the sectors of the transport and logistics market. An extensive exposition devoted to the prospective developments, equipment, technologies and complexes in the sphere of logistics, transport and warehousing stipulates the participation of the leaders of the Russian industry business.

The exhibition carries the logos of the Global Association of the Exhibition Industry (UFI) and the Russian Union of Exhibitions and Fairs (RUEF). This year the exhibition gathered together experts from 84 companies and organizations from Belgium, Germany, Italy, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Russia, the Czech Republic, and France.

Among the foreign participants of the exhibition Sklad. Transport. Logistika’2012 are the leading transport and logistics companies: Schafer Fritz GmbH, a-SIS/SAVOYE, TVH, SYSTEM and others. Russia is represented by such enterprises as Schoeller Arca Systems, Fabs Logistik Llc, Mikron, Dls-Russia, Kifato Mk, Maxilog — Integratedlogistics Systems, Polimetall-M, Ssinternational Ltd, First Logistik-M, Solvo, Skladskoi Mir, Knight Frank and many others.

The exhibition Sklad. Transport. Logistika’2012 contributes to the active promotion of new brands, as evidenced by the high share of newcomers: a-SIS (France), Uteco Contec (Italy), Transimpeks Terminal, Sia Ilior (Latvia), High Tech Logistic (Kazakhstan), Kirovsky Zavod (Kirovets), VNIIELEKTROTRANSPORT, Truckresurs, Сentrobit and etc.

The traditional segment of the exhibition is the salon of transportation packaging TransPack. This year the exhibition incorporates the new topic – Special Purpose Vehicles and Machinery, devoted to municipal harvesting and small road-building machinery.
