OREANDA-NEWS. September 07, 2012. The Cabinet of Ministers brought in line with legislation government acts concerning the question of state registration of rights to real property and encumbrances. The decree, which had been developed by the Ministry of Justice, was adopted by the Cabinet.

According to Justice Minister Oleksandr Lavrynovych changes made by the act to a number of government regulations, significantly facilitate the lives of the citizens of Ukraine, in particular, on the passage of state registration of rights to real estate, and when real estate became the subject of tax pledge.

The Minister of Justice said that the approved on September 5 changes to government regulations take effect on January 1, 2013, simultaneously with the introduction of the country's new system of registration of rights to real estate.
