Sviaz-Bank’s branch in Oryol made a loan of 130 million rubles in the form of a revolving line of credit to the Mtsensk Engineering Plant, OJSC (Kommash), for a drawdown period of two years to increase the company’s working capital, reported the press-centre of Sviaz-Bank.
