OREANDA-NEWS.  September 06, 2012. Sviaz-Bank’s branch in Penza was named winner of a public auction held by the Penza City Power Network, CJSC, for a contract to enter into a loan agreement, reported the press-centre of Sviaz-Bank.

The Bank is to open a credit line of 100 million rubles to the company that will draw it down for two years to increase its working capital.

The Penza City Power Network, CJSC, is one of the oldest power utilities in Russia. The company operates, and provides maintenance on, 85% of all power grids in Penza.
