OREANDA-NEWS. September 05, 2012. Hefei Gas Group Co. Ltd., a major gas distributor in the eastern Chinese city of Hefei, will build a second liquefied natural gas (LNG) storage depot early next year, company president Wu Zhengya said in an interview with the state-run Jianghuai Daily.

The depot is one of three gas projects that Hefei Gas plans to build between 2011 and 2015, Wu told the newspaper.

Hefei also intends to construct infrastructure to utilize offtake from the Sichuan-Shanghai Gas Pipeline (SSP) and expand Hefei’s gas pipeline grid, Wu said.
