Today Information systems direction Kazakhtelecom JSC held a seminar on innovation company’s services for employees of IT-subdivisions of corporate sector, in the frames of which new cloud services Microsoft Hosted Exchange and Microsoft Hosted SharePoint have been presented, reported the press-centre of Kazakhtelecom.

The key purpose of this action became presentation of new Microsoft services advantages, provided by Information systems direction Kazakhtelecom JSC (further ISD Kazakhtelecom JSC). As noted Nadezhda Glukhova, acting of ISD Commercial director Kazakhtelecom JSC, Microsoft Hosted Exchange and Microsoft Hosted SharePoint promote company’s activity efficiency increase. "One of main advantages from using cloud services is included in investments reducing. Charges to cloud services are operational costs. Payment is made for actual use: a client pays for services only, not investing to equipment. There is no need to purchase software, install and allot server, employ IT-specialists", – underlined Nadezhda Glukhova.

Within the seminar Daniyar Kabdin, ISD projects realization specialist demonstrated Microsoft Hosted Exchange and Microsoft Hosted SharePoint services. These services have been launched in July 2012 within the Memorandum on cooperation in the sphere of cloud computations, signed in June 2011 with Microsoft Company. A document signed for joining experience and technical resources of Kazakhtelecom JSC with innovational technologies of Microsoft Company.

Microsoft Hosted Exchange represents corporative mail platform with wide spectrum of resources: management of calendar, schedule, tasks and contacts. Microsoft Hosted SharePoint – collection of program products for corporate portal creation. Thereby secures labor productivity increase and any data control in Office. Portal solves internal document circulation task, securing of joint work, business processes control and management, reporting and analytics on level of departments and all organization. It shall be noted that access to both services is possible in any country, from any mobiles and station devices.

ISD Kazakhtelecom JSC provides data –centers services from 2008 and cooperates with such companies as Parallels, Microsoft and Hewlett-Packard. Now on the territory of the republic 12 data-centers are located, it is planned to open two more centers in Almaty and Pavlodar.
