OREANDA-NEWS . September 4, 2012. TMM was named among ten best construction companies operating in large Ukrainian cities by Dengi Magazine. The rating was based on evaluation of the companies' trustworthiness, transparency, installment programs offered to customers and legal terms.

TMM has put into operation 8 residential real estate projects with the total area of around 140 ths sq m since the start of the economic crisis at the end of 2008. During the 18 years of operation on the Ukrainian market the company has completed 32 projects totaling to over 600 thousand sq m in Kyiv, Kharkiv, Zhytomyr and Yalta. TMM is a public company with its shares listed on the Frankfurt stock exchange since 2007. The company currently employs over 1400 people.

The main selection criteria for the authors of the rating were trustworthiness based on the term of the company's operations on the market, number of completed projects and absence of suspended projects in the portfolio. The main rating comprised the results of separate ratings evaluating companies' trustworthiness, transparency, installment programs offered to customers as well as legal terms.
