OREANDA-NEWS. September 04, 2012. Prime Minister of Ukraine Mykola Azarov emphasized the need to build in Ukraine new rubbish recycling plants. He said this during a lecture at the Kyiv National University of Construction and Architecture.

"We need new rubbish recycling plants, because we’ve cluttered up landfills all over the country. Kyiv’s scenic spots, unfortunately, are overwhelmed with rubbish. The entire civilized world has learned to get out of the rubbish heat, electricity, and other processed products. Construction of rubbish recycling plants is extremely necessary and they will be built in Kyiv, as well as throughout the country" - Mykola Azarov said.

At the same time, he has called for young architects to develop modern environmentally friendly projects of construction of such plants.
